Step 1
On a piece of paper, write down which CDs or other items you want, how many of each, and the name and address to which you would like them to be sent.

Make out a check or money order payable to "Jason Wilber" for the total amount of the items you are ordering, plus the amount for shipping and handling shown below.

Shipping and Handling:

1 CD = $2.50
2 CDs = $3.50
3 CDs = $4.50
4 CDs = $5.50
etc.

For S&H on higher CD quantites, please add $1.00 per additional CD.
For S&H on Lazy Afternoon prints, add $9 each.
For S&H on King For A Day postcards, add $1 per dozen.

Step 3
Put your check and the peice of paper with your name and address on them in an envelope, and send it to me at:
